Description

Residual Magnetic Field Meter MP-80 V2
Magnetometer / Gaussmeter for measurement of residual magnetism in metal

Version 2
The MP-80 Version 2 residual magnetic field meter offers a memory for stored measurements and a wireless interface for managing those measurements in the device or the Lima Connect app. These features make magnetic field measurements more efficient, especially when testing residual magnetism and magnetic fields in various applications.

Thanks to wireless connectivity, you can conveniently save and evaluate magnetic measurements for subsequent analyses or test procedures. The Lima Connect app provides a user-friendly interface for managing and evaluating magnetic field measurement systems and easily integrates into your workflows for magnetic field analysis and magnetic flux measurement.

The List-Magnetik MP-80 V2 is a handy, battery-operated measuring device that can quickly and reliably determine residual magnetism, also known as remanence, on ferromagnetic iron and steel parts. It can also be used to check demagnetized parts. It is an ideal solution for measuring and analyzing magnetic field strengths in various industrial applications.

The "little brother" of the MP-810 is particularly strong in the area of weak magnetic fields. Its compact design and metal housing make the device robust and resistant to harsh environments, such as those with oily vapors or moisture.

The hall sensor in the axial field probe is positioned 2.0 mm from the measuring surface. This setup allows for precise and reproducible magnetic field measurements.

The 5 A/cm calibration standard ensures that your device is working correctly. With this calibration standard, you can verify the accuracy of your magnetic measurements at any time and ensure your magnetic field meter consistently provides accurate results. It is ideal for use in magnetic flux measurement and magnetic field testing procedures.

MP-80 and the calibration standard are supplied together in an optimally protected, compact device case.

Manage and send measurement data with a free application
To further process your measurement data, you can pair your measuring device with mobile Android and iOS devices. Or you communicate with a Windows PC. This is made possible by wireless technology. With the Lima Connect app you can manage projects and assign the measuring points on a photo. The measurement results can be statistically evaluated and displayed graphically. The app for Android, iOS and Windows is free.
