Hydraulic pressure test pump ConST182A

The ConST 182A Hydraulic Pressure Test Pump is specially designed for calibrating oil-free pressure measuring instruments in the range from 90% vacuum to 15,000 psi (1000 bar). All parts used in the pump are carefully cleaned to remove oil. The pump uses water as the media. With the patented screw press technology, the high pressure can be easily generated, increased and decreased smoothly. A specially designed shut-off valve makes the pressure stability as high as possible during calibration. Without non-returning valve that is usually used in "trouble-maker" hand pump, ConST 182A has minimal maintenance required.  Two finger-tight connectors installed on the pump allow the user using fingers to connect and disconnect the reference gauge and devices under test quickly and easily without the need for PTFE tape or wrenches. The ConST 182A is an ideal comparison test pump for calibrating oil-free pressure measuring instruments against test gauges, indicators or transducers in the laboratory.
