Hydraulic pressure pump ConST181

The Model ConST181 Hydraulic Pressure calibration Pump is a dual pressure source with the ability to easily adjust and stabilize. This hand pump possesses both 90% vacuum and positive pressure 10000 psi; uses oil or deionized water as the media, and can adjust the pressure easily and stably.

In order to avoid the enhance pressure seal ability, the ConST181 didn’t use the check valve (non-return valve) but use the helicoidal pump, that makes the ConST181 is very easy for pressurizing and is much better than other pliers hand pumps.

The adjusting resolution is up to 100 Pa (1 mbar). These features make the CONST181 ideal for calibrating pressure transducers, precision pressure gages, and other pressure instruments.

PRECAUTIONS
1. Operate the pump in the rated pressure range, do not over the safety pressure (105MPa)
2. Close the valves and tighten the plugs in transportation or hand carrying.
3. Always open the release valve during operation
4. Do not over tighten the connectors or handles to avoid any damage
5. Change the contaminated media immediately
6. Do not let the media level below to the mid line of reservoir, when the pump is placed horizontally.
7. Keep the outer threads clean.
8. Should collect the liquid by using a cup, when the spill valve and release valve is opened,
