Portable hydraulic pump ConST132

The Model ConST132 Portable Hydraulic Pump is a dual pressure source with the ability to easily adjust and stabilize. This hand pump possesses both 90% vacuum and positive pressure 10000 psi; uses oil or deionized water as the media, and can adjust the pressure easily and stably. In order to avoid the enhance pressure seal ability, the ConST132 didn’t use the check valve (non-return valve) but use the helicoidal pump, that makes the ConST132 is very easy for pressurizing and is much better than other pliers hand pumps. The adjusting resolution is up to 100 Pa (1 mbar). These features make the CONST132 ideal for calibrating pressure transducers, precision pressure gages, and other pressure instruments.

Direct connection
If the connector of the unit under test is M20*1.5, please connect it with the hand pump directly.
Connect by pipe
If the connector of the unit under test is not M20*1.5, please use the other adapter to connect.

PRECAUTIONS
Don’t attempt to connect the product to other pressurizing devices. Any high-pressure exceeded over the specified pressure of the pump, maybe cause an accident of some injury or damage to operator. Our Co. refuses to accept responsibility for the similar accident with person safety.

MAINTENANCE
1. After using, please cover it with a dustproof cloth.
2. If you can’t pressurize even no leakage status, that shows there isn’t any oil in the oil reservoir. Please loose the oil reservoir locknut "9" and move the cove "8" to add oil
3. Please rotate the release valve at vent statue when it is in using, close status when it is in transporting
4. If the oil reservoir is dirt, please turn on the locknut "9" and move the cover "8", Swill the liquid out and inject the alcohol into the reservoir for cleaning. After that, inject the fresh oil media.
5. Please don’t tear down the joint parts from pump, that maybe effects the airproof performance of whole system and lead to the leakage problem.
