Description

BPS 5000-d

The BPS system is typically installed into cable test systems, but is also available as stand alone version for burning and testing.

The digital control allows an easy operation as burn unit for the conversion of difficult to locate cable faults and permits the operation of aconnected HV DC test system and a VLF cosine rectangular test system.

Key benefits:

  • Easy-go single button operation
  • Protocolling of the test results
  • Data transfer via Bluetooth
  • DC burn current up to 6 A
  • AC burn current up to 110 A
  • Sheath fault pinpoiting mode
