Description

The BAV40C inside corner vacuum box is designed for vacuum leak testing of 90° internal corners and three-plane corner configurations.
It is ideal for inspecting weld areas where the bottom meets two sidewalls in tanks, containers, and welded structures.
Compact and easy to handle, it provides fast and reliable leak detection in inside corner applications.

The BAV40C is an inside corner vacuum box developed for precise vacuum leak testing of 90° internal corners, where the bottom meets the sidewalls.Designed for tanks, containers, and welded structures, it is particularly effective on three-plane corner configurations that require reliable sealing and clear indication reading. With its interchangeable base and dual operating capability, it provides a versatile solution for compressed air or vacuum pump leak testing in the field.

90° Internal Corner Weld Testing
The BAV40C is specifically intended for leak testing
of inside corners, especially where the bottom meets the sidewalls at 90°. This makes it well suited for tanks, ship structures, containers, and
mechanically welded assemblies
Its dedicated corner configuration helps maintain
effective sealing contact over the inspection area,
even on demanding three-plane geometries.
