The new Pico (Nano)/Micro Soldering tool has the fastest heat-up and recovery times of less than 3 seconds. Excellent heat transfer and recovery time during the soldering process for a high performance and continuous workflow. The short tip-to-grip distance provides maximum precision during the soldering process.

Cost savings, 1 iron - fits 2 tip families

The kit includes 2 soldering tips, a pico tip for very small applications and a micro tip for standard applications. Both tip families fit to just one soldering handle. All you need is one soldering tool and one soldering station.

Full process control

Smart tips with a unique individual serial number, smart tools for data parameter storage and an intelligent station ensure full process control and full traceability of calibration history.

Individual and repeatable soldering processes

Up to 10 parameter settings can be customized and stored in the iron, including standby temperatures and auto-off times.

All-in-one Station

All-in-one Wxsmart solder station for all your pico and micro application. The station is equipped with 300 W, 2 soldering channels. A total of 12 tools can be connected to WXsmart.

Protection Against Cyber Attacks

TLS encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA), including Weller’s built-in certificate upload mechanism that provides the soldering station with a customer verification-certificate, and protected software updates.
